Shipping Costs

Shipping Methods
We use a variety of shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier and shipping method used will depend on the shipping destination, size and weight of the package, and the shipping speed selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier and method selected.
Shipping Timeframe
Our processing time is up to 4 business days (Monday to Thursday) from the date of purchase. After processing, shipping can take an additional 7-14 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may increase. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the carrier or customs.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs fees and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Post Office Boxes (P.O. Box) Ship-to Addresses:
In most instances, we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box due to the size and weight of the shipment. We ask that you provide a physical ship-to address at checkout. In the event that you provide a P.O. Box in the ship-to, you may experience a delay in the processing of your order while we attempt to contact you for a physical address.
Address Errors
We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure accurate delivery.
Order Tracking
We will provide a tracking number for your order once it has shipped. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Returns and Exchanges
All items must be inspected upon receipt and claims must be filed with Pacific Rim Tonewoods within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email info@pacificrimtonewoods.com
