Description
パシフィック・リム・トーンウッズでは、すべてのスプルース原木を個人的に厳選しています。私たちはそれらの丸太をギタートップのブロックに分割し、丸太のねじれを最小限に抑えながら品質を最大化することに重点を置きました。次に、ソーヤーはブロックを 4 等分のボードに切断し、半径方向の剛性を固定します。ここからボードは空気乾燥され、その後当社の除湿窯で 3 ～ 4 週間かけて最終含水率 8.5% まで「仕上げ」られます。その後、ボードはブックマッチセットに再製材され、伝統的な 3 つのグレードのいずれかに格付けされます。
